Functional medicine & biomarker optimization
Your labs might say "normal." Your mitochondria disagree. Take the self-check below to see where to start — or skip straight to working with me directly.
Two ways to work with this
Both start in the same place — understanding what your body is actually telling you. Where you go from there depends on how hands-on you want me to be.
For people who want to understand their bloodwork, spot what a "normal" result can hide, and choose their own next steps.
Personalized analysis of your labs, a custom supplement stack built for you, and a retest to confirm it's working. Limited availability — this is hands-on work.
Path 02 — Guided Journey
This path is limited by design. It's one-to-one work, and I can only take on so many people at once. Here's what each 3-month cycle includes:
Intake and lab review. A short questionnaire, then we go through your Root 11 results together, including values that sit inside the standard range but outside the optimal range.
A written plan. Education-focused nutrition and supplement suggestions, in a sensible order, with the reasoning behind each.
Weekly check-in and a mid-cycle call. One short email from me each week, plus a call around week 6.
Retest review. At about 3 months we look at your new results and adjust the plan.
$495 for the first 3 months. $295 for a second 3 months after your retest review. Labs and supplements are separate, ordered through Fullscript.

Take the self-checkHow the pieces connect
Your cells' systems overlap, so trouble in one place can feed trouble in the next. Tap each step to see what's happening and which labs offer a clue.
Labs and pages that offer a clue
A simplified model for education, not medical advice. Your body has built-in repair systems; this shows what can happen when they are overwhelmed. Overlapping pathways multiply, they don't just add.
Each step of the loop has its own short read, with the labs that offer a clue.
